There are two comments.

  I'm an owner, and have lived here for a little more than a year. I've lived in Downtown Houston for two years, and really like the neighborhood.Management is great, I feel right at home, and the buzz in the area is why I live here. If you're looking for quiet, move to a residential neighborhood, but if you're looking for a slice of the city, most definitely live here in Downtown.

  Terrible noise from clubs and crowds in the area. Building Manager is very unprofessional and non-responsive.
